Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window has expired.
- Renewals of an existing IG IPTV subscription.
- Issues caused by your own internet connection, ISP throttling, VPN misconfiguration or end-device hardware.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms.
- Subscriptions purchased from unauthorised resellers.
